Inspection Report

When looking for a home inspector, one of the most important factors to consider is the quality of the written report you receive.  Your written report will be used to document the findings of the inspection for the sellers, builders, mortgage brokers, underwriters and any other parties involved in the real estate transaction.  A clear, concise report will be invaluable when establishing the condition of the property and any repairs or improvements that may be required.

We do not provide “on site” reports.  After years of experience we have discovered that a rushed or hurried report, written in the presence of buyers, real estate agents, home owners and the many distractions of the moment, does not result in the most accurate and complete inspection report.  We return to the office with our completed inspection checklist, note sheets and digital pictures where we can sit down, review our findings and put together a thoughtful, concise and complete written report for our client.  Reports are always delivered the same day of the inspection, typically within a few hours of the inspection.

The report is converted to a PDF document and either emailed to our client or uploaded to our website where it can be accessed by our client, the real estate agent or any other party that may need access.
